How long will it take to receive my order? Approximately 2.5 weeks...
During our regular season, please allow 5-10 days for processing plus your shipping time. If your item is made to order it can take up to two weeks to process. If it has been more than 14 days and you have not received a confirmation that your item has been shipped, please send us a message at email@example.com.
Canadian customers usually receive orders 2-8 business days after processing. Shipping to Eastern Provinces takes about 3-4 business days and shipping to Western provinces can take 4-7 business days.
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes, we do. In the next couple months, we will also be adding live shipping rates and additional countries to ship to.
Attention International Buyers:
Depending on your delivery location and order size, your order might be subject to import taxes imposed by the country of delivery. If your country does have taxes on imports, these import taxes are not covered by the postage charge on your order, and you will be required to pay them to receive your package.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all Shopify payments by Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express debit and credit cards.

Unfortunately, we can not accept returns for our ‘create your own’ items as each item is created just for you. If you have a problem, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try to work with you to find a solution.
I would like to return my item, what do I do?
Returns on our ‘curated’ designs or inventoried products can be accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. Please return any of these items in a new condition to 223 Rouge Road, Wpg MB, R3K 1J6 Canada. And we will be happy to process a refund for you. Used items will not be accepted.
We do not accept returns on ‘create your own’ products. These items are designed just for you and can’t be sold through our site. Please verify all sizes with our sizing charts and use the best upload image possible for your design. If you are concerned about your item, please contact us directly.
How do I size and upload my design?
Submitting the best quality picture and size of your design will create the best images on your clothing. But most of the time we just use an image taken by a smart phone. If you have questions or concerns send us an email at email@example.com or call 204.793.2736.
How do you work with non-profits?
Artified gives 6% of their profits on specific items to non-profit organizations that work with children. These items are found in our curated or inventoried selections.
Sometimes Artified will do specific campaigns or contests where a winner is chosen for their design to be used on Artified products. When children’s designs are featured, and sold through Artified, children are awarded with $25 worth of art supplies or gift certificates from an art supply store near to them. All of the contest/campaign designs use 6% of product profits towards their selected (or chosen) non-profit organizations.
